[edit] In this Episode
Main Review: Jeremy tests the 550bhp W12 Bentley Continental GT on a Grand Tour to Budleigh Salterton, and finds that with the gear lever in 'S' for 'Star Trek Warp Factor Mode', overtaking those caravans is no problem at all.
News: Nissan announces a recall for 2.5 million cars; Honda improves the S2000 with a clock and a "fruitier horn tone"; Old people as vigilante speed camera operators; Jeremy expresses his distaste for the idea of dressing up like a Power Ranger and drinking orange juice; Travelodge renting out their rooms to "tired motorists" during the day.
Hammond's Stunt Of The Week: Jeremy and James decide Richard needs to investigate what you can do if your car suddenly veers off the road and into a lake.
Studio Segment: James shows yet another Jaguar concept car - the RD6.
Star in a Reasonably Priced Car: The first welshman on Top Gear, Rob Brydon admits to never having watched a whole episode before. Nevertheless, he manages his lap in 1:48.6.
Review: Since the new Bentley Continental GT isn't being bought by the aristocracy, James decides to find out what is. And as it turns out, it's the new Subaru Legacy Outback.
Studio Segment: The guys go through the results of the 2003 BBC Top Gear Motoring Survey with the audience. And the result? The worst VW Golf is a Golf.
Cool Wall: A disagreement about the Ford GT between Jeremy and Richard leads to only one possible solution; the Porsche 911 GT3 seems to be headed for Uncool status, but makes a sudden move.
Review: To find out what SAAB owners know that the rest of us don't, Jeremy tries out the SAAB 9-5 Aero, and The Stig races it around the track against a Sea Harrier. It does the lap in 1:37.9, but loses to the Harrier's 0:31.2.
