Tribute Segment: With the death of the black Stig in the previous episode, the show opens with a tribute to the man in black, and Jeremy introduces the new, white, Stig.

Main Review: Needing somewhere appropriate to test the new BMW M3 CSL, Jeremy travels to the Isle of Man, where, once you get out of the villages, there are no speed limits. Then, despite having tyres that don't work if it's cold or damp, The Stig takes it round the cold and damp track in 1:28.0.

News: The Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione; Lancia is still in business; The new laws regarding using mobile phones while driving come into effect, but various other things are more dangerous while driving; The most stolen cars in Britain.

Hammond's Stunt Of The Week: How many caravans can a Volvo clear?

Review: James and Richard follow Jeremy to the Isle of Man (which Richard describes as "Top Gear Fantasy Island") with previous BMW M-cars - the M1, M3 and M5.

Star in a Reasonably Priced Car: Stephen Fry talks about why he owned his own London cab, and takes the Liana around the track in 1:54.0.

Top Gear Letters: Implausible explanations for last week's test of extending the range of a car's central locking; Children embarrassed at being taken to school in rubbish cars; Richard tells Stig to pee in someone's slippers; Stupid exhausts.

Review: Still on the Isle of Man, James thinks the Porsche Boxster is the best sports car, so Richard tries to convince him it's the BMW Z4. Then Jeremy arrives claiming it's the Honda S2000. Eventually, it can only be settled by having The Stig take them all around the saturated track.
