Challenge: Richard, Jeremy, and James attempt to turn 3 normal cars into amphibious ones. They each have to buy a car and turn it into an amphibious car that is capable of road and water use. Jeremy goes for a Toyota Hilux, James chooses a Triumph Herald and Hamster tries to turn a VW Transporter camper van into his very own houseboat.
News: Special goggles for dogs, the new Vauxhall Corsa, no more cleaning your car, congestion signs in Britain, the Noble M15, and some news from Lotus.
Review: Clarkson drives the new Lotus Exige S, and has a race with a Ford Mustang driven by the Stig. After that the Stig trashes it around the track.
